Cancellation and Return Policy


Orders placed through Pieces Los Angeles are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted, all sales are considered final. Black Friday and Holiday sales are explicitly excluded from cancellation or refund eligibility. This includes any promotions or discounts applied during these periods. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 60 days from the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • All tags must be attached, the product must be unused, unworn, and free of any scent. Packaging must be intact.
  • Products purchased during Black Friday, Holiday sales, or any other promotional events, as well as those marked as final sale, limited edition, or special release, are not eligible for return.
  • Returns for purchases made at our physical store or online must adhere to the same 60-day policy.

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Special release items.
  • Sale items or items marked as "final sale" (as indicated in product descriptions).
  • Products received as free gifts or promotional items.


Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns. Upon return authorization, a prepaid shipping label will be provided, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit balance.The only form of refund provided is store credit. No cash, credit card, or original payment method refunds are offered under this policy.
