Should I join?
How do I earn points?
Points are automatically added to your account under the associated email used during the check out process.
Points multipliers are different for each tier. Silver tier earns 1 point for every dollar, gold tier earns 2 points for every dollar, & black tier earns 3 points for every dollar.
Additional points can be earned through leaving reviews on orders, birthday bonuses, & a welcome bonus on us.
Points do not have an expiration date.
What can I do with the points?
Points can be redeemed for discounts towards orders, free shipping coupons, & other exclusive discounts only offered to members.
Points will never expire & are non-transferable between accounts.
What are the tiers?
Tiers are set up to reward our most loyal clients. The three tiers, Silver, Gold, & Black, offer exclusive rewards, perks, ways to earn, & much more.
How do i advance tiers?
Tiers are based upon how much a client has spent on their account.
Every account begins at Silver automatically.
To reach Gold, clients must spend a total of $5,000 USD.
To reach Black, clients must spend a total of $10,000 USD.
Tiers are on a yearly timer and will reset yearly. Once an account has reached the threshold for a certain tier, they will have that status for the remaining time of the year.
