How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure over lightweight clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep the tape level across your back. Breathe normally while measuring.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, just above your hip bones. This is where most pants will sit. Keep the tape level and relaxed.
Foot
Stand on a piece of paper and trace around your foot. Measure the longest distance from heel to toe. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
