Shipping

All orders ship from our facility in Santa Monica, CA. We offer several shipping options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping — 5-7 business days — $9.95
  • Express Shipping — 2-3 business days — $19.95
  • Overnight Shipping — Next business day — $29.95
  • Orders over $150 — 5-7 business days — FREE

Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day.

We ship via USPS and UPS, selecting the optimal carrier based on your location and the shipping speed you choose.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct link to monitor your package in real time.

Every shipment is carefully packaged to protect the integrity of your authenticated items during transit. High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected speed.

Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note: customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Select Local Pickup at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • No signs of wear, alterations, or damage

Items marked as final sale (sale, clearance, or marked final) cannot be returned.

All returned items go through our authentication process before the return is approved.

Refunds: Store credit is issued within 2-3 business days of approval. Refunds to your original payment method take 5-10 business days.

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost.

Once your return is received and authenticated, you have two options:

  • Original payment refund — processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • Store credit — issued instantly upon approval. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.
  • Defective or incorrect items: return shipping is on us, completely free of charge. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • All other returns: a flat rate of $9.95 applies. This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.

You may also return items in person at our Santa Monica Place location at no cost.

Certain items are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale status is clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

This typically includes select sale and clearance items, intimate accessories, and customized pieces.

Starting a return is simple:

  • Online: Log into your account, go to Order History, and select "Request Return" on the qualifying order.
  • Phone: Call us at (424) 844-3423 during business hours.
  • In-store: Bring the item with all original tags and your order confirmation to our Santa Monica Place location.

Returns must be initiated within the 60-day window. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you find the right piece. Exchanges are available within the same 60-day return window and are subject to availability.

  • Free shipping on all exchanges — we cover the cost of sending your new item.
  • If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.
  • Because our inventory consists of unique and limited pieces, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or style will be in stock.
